I use to work in the fresh fish section of supermar...ket and departmentstore for 15years,before. Using my experience,I am training those who can clean a fresh fish,filet and how to make SASHIMI,an easy method of grinding the Japanese Kitchen knife "Wabocho". I am focusing efforts on raising personnel that Japanese style.
